Genesis Program

The Genesis Program is designed to give individuals first hand experience in a professional setting, while offering potential fulltime employment in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.

Claimetrics, through the Genesis Program, offers a dynamic and hands on itinerary, focusing on the values, culture, and philosophy of Claimetrics. The program includes training, job shadowing, supervised work, weekly presentations, field trips, guest speakers and the opportunity to participate in the Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce Greater Grads Program. Students will learn detailed insurance claim handling processes, formal business etiquette and communications through specific training. 

Participants are also exposed to the professional business environment, numerous leading local business leaders and are afforded the opportunity to take field trips to medical providers, Claimetrics customers, and the Oklahoma Workers Compensation Court.
